The Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 on Value Added Tax (VAT) has been signed by the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The deadline for VAT Registration will be before 01 January 2018.
